Spring-loaded Measuring Probe Product Introduction

The HD‑T200 DC Series is a spring‑loaded LVDT probe with integrated signal conditioning, providing direct DC voltage or current output (0‑5V, 0‑10V, ±5V, ±10V, 2‑10V, or 4‑20mA) for easy PLC integration. It offers 0.5μm accuracy, <0.25% linearity, <0.1% repeatability, and a smooth linear bearing return with hardened shaft for long life. Available in 10–200mm strokes (customizable), with IP65, -20°C to 85°C operation, >10⁷ cycle life, M12 connector, and 13–28VDC or ±15VDC supply. Ideal for dimensional gaging, online inspection, high‑repeatability comparison, and vessel deformation monitoring.
