Spring-loaded LVDT Product Introduction

The HD-T080 RS485 Series spring‑loaded LVDTs feature RS485 digital output, <0.25% linearity, <0.1% repeatability, and infinite resolution. Housed in a stainless steel 8 mm IP65 body, they offer standard strokes from 1 mm to 15 mm (customizable). A precision linear bearing, triple‑shielding, and split structure ensure smooth movement, EMI protection, and easy installation. Tip accuracy up to 0.5 μm, >10⁷ cycle life, M2.5 threaded tip. Ideal for precision dimensional gaging, online inspection, high‑repeatability comparison, and pressure vessel monitoring.
