Spring-loaded LVDT Product Introduction

The HD-T120 RS485 Series spring‑loaded LVDTs feature RS485 digital output, <0.25% linearity, <0.1% repeatability, and infinite resolution. Housed in a stainless steel 12mm IP65 body, they offer standard strokes from 10mm to 50mm (customizable). A precision linear bearing, hardened tip, and built‑in shielding ensure smooth movement, >10⁷ cycles life, and EMI protection. RS485 interface enables direct connection to PLCs or data acquisition systems. Ideal for precision dimensional gaging, online parts inspection, high‑repeatability comparison, and pressure vessel monitoring.
